What is a Special Order Tile?
A Special Order Tile is a custom, made-to-order tile designed specifically to fit your project’s unique style and needs.
With our Special Order service, you can:
🎨 Create an entirely new, one-of-a-kind design using our Tile Simulator Tool.
⏳ Production time is 12–14 weeks.
📦 Everything is crafted to order and shipped with care.

Custom Color (53 sqft/10 box minimum)
DESIGN
Use our Custom Tile Simulator to recolor any of our in-stock designs and submit your design
APPROVE
A custom tile is created for you at our factory (1-2 weeks). Approve via photo or request the tile to be air freighted to you (2 weeks + $400 for air freight)
PRODUCTION + SHIPPING
Once approved, your custom tiles go into production and are shipped to you once they arrive at our warehouse (12-14 weeks for production + shipping)
INSTALL
Receive your beautiful, totally custom cement tiles and install them in your space for a truly one-of-a-kind look

Create your totally unique design and email it to our team to confirm it can be made

A custom mold will need to be crafted (4 weeks), once complete, a custom tile will be created for you at our factory (1-2 weeks) Approve via photo or request the tile to be air freighted to you (2 weeks, + $400 for air freight)
PRODUCTION + SHIPPING
Once approved, your custom tiles go into production and are shipped to you once they arrive at our warehouse (12-14 weeks for production + shipping)
