Our premium recommended sealer, ideal for use with any LiLi Cement Tile products. Stain-Proof Original™ Premium Impregnating Sealer is a water & oil repelling sealer suitable for indoor, outdoor, residential, & commercial use. Retains natural surface color and finish. This sealer is specifically for stain-proofing and will not enhance the color of cement tiles.

Each quart covers between 60-80 sqft of cement tiles
Optimal quantity is 2-4 coats
Suitable for wide variety of indoor & outdoor applications including building facades, floors, walls, counter tops, showers, swimming pool surrounds, patios, garages, kitchens, & entertaining areas

works like a champ

Bought one bottle for my kitchen backsplash and used about 2/3 of it for sealing the tile before and after grouting. Very easy process to soak a rag and wipe it on. I did about 6 coats but my tile has white and copper and my grout is black so it was really important that the tile was sealed so the grout did not stain. Will probably reseal every 6 months to keep my gorgeous tile clean.
