Maybe you have been eyeing a Zellige collection for months, or you have a vision for a terracotta floor that you cannot wait to bring to life. If that sounds like you, you are in the right place.

The LiLi Ambassador Program is designed for creators, designers, and makers who want to build an ongoing relationship with us. Rather than focusing on one-time gifting or paid posts, we collaborate project by project, supporting people who genuinely love creating with LiLi Tile and want to continue sharing that creativity over time.

Our strongest partnerships grow naturally from one project to the next. We love working with creators who are excited to return with new ideas, new spaces, and new ways to use our tile. As the relationship grows, so does our support, creating more opportunities with every collaboration.

How It Works

Every ambassador begins at the same level, with opportunities to grow over time. As our partnership develops, so does the support and investment you receive from LiLi Tile.

01Your First Project

Tier 1

It starts with an application. We will review your account, past work, and creative point of view. If it feels like the right fit, you will be welcomed into the program and receive an exclusive ambassador discount on your first order.

For your first project, there are no required deliverables, content quotas, posting schedules, or checklists. You have the freedom to create in a way that feels authentic to you and speaks naturally to the audience you know best.

The quality of the content, the story you tell, and the way your audience responds will all be considered when we extend invitations to Tier 2. Creators who approach their first project with care and creativity are the ones most likely to continue growing with us.

Once your project is live, we simply ask that you submit a short recap with links to your content and an overview of its performance. It should only take a few minutes and will give us everything we need to consider you for Tier 2.

02Your Second Project

Tier 2

Tier 2 is offered by invitation and includes a significantly deeper ambassador discount. When reviewing your first project, we consider:

  • Creativity. This is at the heart of the program. We love seeing an original idea, an unexpected application, or a compelling story that makes people pause, whether it is a distinctive fireplace, a surprising grout choice, or a transformation worth following.
  • Quality. We look at the care behind the presentation, including styling, lighting, photography, video, and editing.
  • Performance relative to your audience. We evaluate your results in the context of your account size rather than comparing you with larger creators. Engagement, saves, shares, and meaningful conversation matter more to us than follower count alone. A smaller, highly engaged community can be every bit as valuable as a larger audience.
  • Credit. Please clearly tag @lilicementtiles and include the exact name of the tile featured in your project.

Beginning with Tier 2, we ask for a little more planning while continuing to give you creative freedom. Before your order ships, you will share what you intend to create in the format that feels most natural for you and your audience. We will review the plan together, and once approved, you can bring it to life in your own way.

When the project is complete, you will submit a short recap with links to your content and an overview of its performance. This helps us celebrate the results, learn what resonated, and explore opportunities for your next project or tier. Your plan should feel authentic to your creative style while giving both of us a clear vision for the collaboration.

03Your Third Project

Tier 3

After two successful projects, you become a proven LiLi Tile partner and receive our highest level of partner pricing. As with every project beginning at Tier 2, you will share your creative plan for approval before your order ships, then submit a short recap of the content and its performance once the project is complete.

At Tier 3, we also begin featuring your work more prominently across the LiLi Tile website, social channels, and marketing, giving your projects and creative vision even greater visibility.

04Gifted Partner

Tier 4

Tier 4 is the highest level of the LiLi Ambassador Program. After completing multiple projects with consistently exceptional work, you may be invited to become a Gifted Partner. This marks the beginning of a deeper, long-term creative partnership.

Gifting is considered on a project-by-project basis. You will share your creative vision, we will review and approve the plan together, and the materials will be provided for that specific project. This allows each collaboration to remain thoughtful and aligned while giving you the freedom to imagine something special.

Gifted Partners also receive additional benefits, which may include LiLi merchandise, early access to new materials, and opportunities to participate in select campaigns, launches, and promotional programs.

At this level, you are a trusted LiLi Tile creative partner. Tier 4 is reserved for ambassadors with whom we have built a strong relationship through a history of beautiful work, reliable collaboration, and a shared love of thoughtful design.

A Few Things to Know

To make sure expectations are clear from the beginning:

  • The LiLi Ambassador Program does not include posting fees, story rates, or content fees at any tier.
  • Material gifting is reserved for established partners and is not available for a first collaboration, regardless of audience size.
  • Advancement is based on the overall quality, creativity, and performance of your work, not follower count alone.

If your partnership model is focused primarily on paid placements, this program may not be the right fit. We completely understand and appreciate your interest in LiLi Tile.

The Fine Print

Approval, tiers, and pricing
  • Account approval is required before any program discount is issued.
  • Ambassador discount amounts are shared privately upon approval and at each tier invitation.
  • Tier advancement is by invitation and at LiLi Tile's discretion, based on creativity, content quality, and performance relative to audience size.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or trade pricing.
Material, shipping, and orders
  • Program discounts and gifted material apply to tile material only. Shipping is the ambassador's responsibility at every tier, including gifted projects.
  • Material purchased through the program is for installed projects, not resale.
  • Custom tiles are not eligible under this program. If you would like to use custom cement tiles for a project, reach out and we can have a separate conversation.
  • Gifted material at Tier 4 is approved per project and is not unlimited.
Content and disclosure
  • Every project at every tier includes a project recap with content links and performance insights after completion. From Tier 2 onward, each project also includes a creative plan approved before ordering. LiLi Tile may pause or end an ambassador relationship if a plan is not honored.
  • All project content must tag @lilicementtiles and mention the exact product name of the tile used.
  • Ambassadors are responsible for following FTC disclosure requirements when posting about discounted or gifted material.
