LiLi Tile Terms of Sale


General Conditions: All purchases of LiLi Tile products are subject to the following terms and conditions. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, which form a legally binding agreement.

Product Variability: LiLi Tile products are individually handcrafted and exhibit natural variations in color, texture, and size, which are inherent characteristics of handmade tiles. These unique variations enhance the beauty of our tiles. We encourage customers to order a sample prior to purchasing full quantities to ensure satisfaction with the product’s natural variations.

Returns and Cancellations: Due to the delicate and bespoke nature of our tiles, all sales are considered final upon payment. Returns are not accepted. Order cancellations are permitted within two hours of order placement, provided the order has not been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our support team via email at olesya@stonemar.com with your order number and cancellation request.

Shipping Policy: LiLi Tile ships to locations across the continental United States and Canada. Some restrictions may apply; please contact us for details regarding customs and international shipping policies. Small orders (1-2 boxes) are shipped via UPS Ground, whereas orders exceeding three boxes are shipped via freight services.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method and the origin of shipment.

Freight Delivery and Inspection: All freight deliveries require curbside pickup. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for the transportation of items from the curb. The freight company will coordinate with you to schedule an appropriate delivery time. An adult must be present to inspect the tiles at the time of delivery. Any damages or discrepancies must be noted on the driver’s bill of lading at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may void any claim for damage.

Damage Claims: In the event of damage during shipping, customers are required to document the damage with detailed photographs and a description, and report it to our customer service team within three days of delivery. Claims should be initiated by noting the damage on the bill of lading and by contacting us at olesya@stonemar.com. Please do not refuse delivery, even in case of damage, as this may complicate the claims process.

Ordering Extra Material: We recommend ordering 10-15% more tiles than your project measurements to account for cuts, breaks, and future repairs. Please note that color matching to previous orders cannot be guaranteed due to the natural variation in raw materials and production processes.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept payments online and can provide custom invoices upon request. Sales tax is calculated based on the delivery address and included in the final billing amount. Any changes to the order after placement may incur additional charges which will be communicated and agreed upon before processing.

Installation, Care, and Maintenance: Customers are responsible for ensuring that their installers adhere to our detailed installation instructions, which can be found on our website. Proper installation and maintenance are crucial to the longevity and appearance of our tiles. We recommend the use of pH-neutral cleaning products to avoid damaging the tile surfaces.

Liability Limitation: LiLi Tile is not responsible for issues that arise after the receipt of the product, including but not limited to installation or maintenance problems. Customers acknowledge that they have read and understood all terms related to the care and maintenance of our products.
